Thankyou so much for sharing this distro with us. I had no idea it was
out there......jack only 1 x-run after about 1 hour using jack-rack and
about 4 plugs, samba working and internet working and all running off
cd ... I'm VERY impressed !! What great work ! Now to get ardour and
rosegarden in there ...........

New subject: [linux-audio-user] quick jack question
Hi all,
I've just updated a whole load of things including jack (to 0.94.0) and
now I can't connect to jack unless I'm running as root. I can start the
server Ok as a normal user, but can't connect. Running as root is fine.
Any ideas? Is this expected behaviour now?

Thats not normal. Check the permissions on your fifo inodes.

Thats not normal. Check the permissions on your fifo inodes.
