I'm looking for software which I (or a friend) can use for making
beats for hip hop / rap music.
It should be easy to learn software with gui and as much click 'n run
as possible!

And Hydrogen, as someone else suggested.
Keep in mind that you can sync Hydrogen and Ardour, which might come
in handy when you're gonna record the vocals, or record samples or
scratches from the turntable.

For the drumbeats I use Hydrogen, and Ardour for longer samples/loops,
scratches and voice/instrument recordings. I might also throw in SEQ24
and a softsynth if I want some of that.
And the scratching? Do you use samples, how do you get
them?
They're by me, done on a good ol' Technics SL1210, one fine piece of
equipment, with actual vinyl records. As Dave pointed out you can also
use Terminator X, which is one fine piece of software. If you already
got turntables, but want to use non-vinyl samples, I strongly recommend
xwax: http://www.xwax.co.uk/
Be aware, though, if your music gains momentum you might experience that
the fellow hiphopers you took samples from demand royalties for the
samples used. Even more so with 70s/funk/etc artists who don't realise
that the main reason they're still selling records is that they're being
sampled. You can solve this problem by only using samples from works
with permitive licensing, for example one of the Creative Commons licenses.
To me I realise my music is illegal, so that's why I've called the
collection "Illegal Musikk", and I'm ready to take any consequences of
that - call it art ;)

That can still get you into trouble. You ought to be OK with BY and BY-SA
licenses as long as you follow the licenses. Anything with NC in it can still
result in demands for royalties. (And the others if you don't follow the
requirements of the licenses you have.)
To me I realise my music is illegal, so that's why I've called the
collection "Illegal Musikk", and I'm ready to take any consequences of
that - call it art ;)

I can give you but one advice: There's no such thing as good AND el
cheapo turntables. If you plan on doing scratching you should settle for
nothing but the real thing. Don't let yourself get fooled by one of
those numark or similar offerings. I know people who did, and they end
up collecting dust in a corner, cause they can't be used for scratching
or mixing.
So, yes, you should get the only decent piece of equipment Technics ever
made, the SL1210. Alternatively some of the top models of Vestax might
be considerable, but personally I've had the experience that Vestax that
they seem not to be very well tested, and they do have some design
flaws. I do not own a Vestax turntable myself, but I do have one of
their mixers, and right now it's in a drawer unused.
OTOH you might find some 2nd hand 1210s on the cheap, it's not unusual.
1210s are also easier to get parts for, so you could buy a trashed one
on the cheap and rehabilitate it yourself. There are numerous guides for
that on the net. Also, sometimes they are sold DIRT cheap, since many
people who've used them assume that they have no value anymore. Check
for example your local radio station or discotheque for those kind of deals.

All of my samples and tracks are under the WTFPL, with the rider that if
you use my work in whole or part I want to be credited. If you make a
million-selling record and become very rich, you can pay my electric
bill or something. Or buy me some beer.
