Hi,
At LAC 2011, Jeremy showed us how he starts a2jmidid -e & via qjackctl.
Wouldn't it be good to make that a default setting in qjackctl?
Especially for newbies, this might be useful.

what would be a lot better is to be able to invoke its functionality
as a part of JACK. i've done some work on this, but its not done and i
don't have much time for any new efforts right now.

as a part of JACK. i've done some work on this, but its not done and i
don't have much time for any new efforts right now.

to set `a2jmidid &` as your qjackctl post-startup script (as in
Setup/Options/Scripting)
