Hi all,
I am very new to audio/video domain. On one of my ARM board running
linux I need to have the IMA ADPCM decoder.
Can anyone tell me,
1) Is there open source decoder available.
2) some document/link that would give me basic understanding
about the audio/video architectue.

libsndfile ( http://www.mega-nerd.com/libsndfile ) contains an
IMA ADPCM encoder and decoder which is LGPL licensed.
