Hi,
I've a jazz drum midi file. Is there an app which can play those with a
little swing in it?

Hi!
I remember there were some midi-utilities, which could perform a few
niceties on MIDIs. They were by Guenther Nagler and linked on the
linux-sound.org site.
This software is old. It consisted of a few commandline tools, each designed
for a specific purpose.
