Hi,
today we have published the video of another single of John Option:
Where is my car?.
The song is published under the terms of the Creative Commons License
(CC-BY-SA) and it's completely produced with free software:
Ardour, Hydrogen, Jack, Qsynth, CALF, and many other
great free audio software that we used under Debian GNU/Linux.

As for the previous songs we have done a little more in the direction of
freedom and we published in our website[1] the single recording tracks
and the complete Ardour session. All this material is published under
the terms of the Creative Commons license Attribution Share alike so
that anyone can use our tracks to produce a remix of our song or even a
new song that have to be published under the same license.

Hi,

Good production. I feel, that the sound has improved. The drums are harsh and clear, but
not unnatural. I also like the guitar sound. It all fits together nicely! Thanks for
sharing!

Thank you very much, you can discover the "secrets of our sound" in
the Ardour project available at http://johnoption.org ;)
The drums comes from Hydrogen but otherwise to the previous songs I
put the single instrument of the drum in different tracks of Ardour
(snare, bd ecc.). The guitar sound came from 2 Telecaster (a 1991
American Standard and a 1952 Vintage reissue) recorded with a Fender
Princeton Reverb, a Boss Blues Drive, a Dunlop Cry Baby and a Shure
SM57 microphone.

Nice track. Great summer feel to it!
The video is very polished too. Goes to show that you don't need a tonne
of CGI to realise a high quality production.

Many thanks! The video has been done with a Canon XA10 camera. The
software we used is avconv, ffmpeg for converting videos and kdenlive
for editing. We are not very experienced in video production and we
are experiencing as we produce our videos. So from the bottom of my
little experience I can say that one of the most important thing for
the quality of the video production is the light.
If you see our last video the first and the last scene are much better
that the one in the middle. The better scene are taken early in the
morning when light was so beautiful, the other in a cloudy day.
