There was some talk of silent cooling earlier in the week. It reminded
that i need to quiet my new pentium 4 box. Does anyone have any
experience with Zalman? In particular, this:

Seems they have "silent" power supplies... Comments?

I've recently been ordering from endpcnoise.com with good results. The
two fans I received were very nice. Not zalmann tho they do offer
them. I'm waiting on 400W Q-technology powersupply which comes in at a
hefty $100. I'll let you know how it pans out.

I have a Zalman on my Athlon and it does pretty well. Its not really
silent (its the loudest thing in the box), but it's not bad.
Some chips can be run without the fan though (aka Silent Mode I think).
The documentation is not very clear.
