hi,
i am trying to get my system working ...
how can i use my Emagic 2/6 correctly with Alsa and Jack?
lsusb sais "Bus 001 Device 004: ID 086a:0102 Emagic Soft-und Hardware GmbH"
do i need any kernel-patches ? From where ? i am using the new DeMudi Distribution 1.2.1
with kernel 2.6.12-3-multimedia-k7.

Make sure that the emi26 driver is enabled in the kernel
configuration.

Not since kernel 2.6.12.
i am using the new DeMudi Distribution 1.2.1 with
kernel
2.6.12-3-multimedia-k7.
_Certain_ distributions have been known to remove firmware loaders
from the kernel because closed source firmware is Evil(TM).
PlanetCCRMA should work.
