hi all,
i'm looking for some music training software. i've been recommended
auralia [1] and musician [no link available], both of which are
win/mac only and proprietary.
solfege looks similar, but i wonder how good it is technically?
any suggestions?

I have no experience with the proprietary products you mention above,
but I can say that I enjoyed working with Solfege a lot.
I suggest you try it out and see how it fits you.

Hi!
I've used Auralia for college, its fine but as you say proprietary.
I find Solfege more of a pleasure to use (partially caus I don't have to)
and
it works fine here...
