I wondered if anyone has tried this interface and can tell me about the latency. when used
with guitarix or rackarrack, Is it good enough for live gigs?

It's probably good enough latency-wise. The Behringer sound device that
I used to own ran happily at 128/48000*3 (8ms). The preamp of such a
device will cause bigger issues I fear and probably won't cut it on
stage (in other words, it will probably sound crap).
