hi jan, unfortunately the v0.97.06 does not start here, there is an
segfault when i type 'jamin' into console:

New subject: Error compiling Ardour 2.0.2
Hi!
I've got a link error while compiling Ardour 2.0.2. It sums up in lines like:
libs/midi++2/libmidi++.so: undefined reference to `snd_seq_poll_descriptors'
libs/midi++2/libmidi++.so: undefined reference to `snd_midi_event_encode
[...similar lines...]
scons: *** [gtk2_ardour/ardour-2.0.2] Error 1
scons: building terminated because of errors.
Does someone have a clue?

Hi, when reporting compilation errors the best thing is to report the
first error computed, you can use paste services for this like nopaste
if you dont want to make a big report on your message, sorry i cant help
with your problem, just trying to be informative.
