I'm still surprised to find that none of the
sample editors I tried
seems to support editing and saving of looppoints.
Try sound-loop-info in Snd.

Hi Bill:
At one time you had created a loop-point editing module for Snd but
IIRC it was never actually functional. Any chance that it might be
revived for implementation ?
