I've tested ardour2 and ardour3. What happens is that I save the
session with one track, and when I close ardour and open it again, the
track is connected to more inputs and outputs then it was when I've hit
save. I use jackdbus + M-Audio Delta 1010LT. Is there any other info I
should give? Thanx!

Hi Goran!
Looks like you went to a lot of effort documenting the connections when you
could've got it done near instantly and more accurately just by issuing
jack_lsp -c
Before and after then copy/pasting the results, which the las neglected to
mention in his response so maybe he presumed you knew said command?

I can't reproduce the problem you describe.
Since you're experiencing the problem with both ardour2 and 3:
Could it be that you have some JACK patchbay or session-manager running
that actually does make the connections?
It will help if you could post a complete walk-though how to reproduce
this problem, include version numbers of the tools and what linux
distribution you're using.
Maybe a long shot: but you could try to temporarily move away the
~/.ardour2 (or ~/.config/ardour3/) folder where ardour saves its state
and global config. Ardour will re-create those with default settings.
Another shot in the dark: JACK port names are ASCII. Are you running
this on a non-English or non-UFT8 locale?!
