1. Download end extract the source
2. Install "python2-pyo wxpython2.8 python2-scipy python2-numarray"
from the AUR
3. run: python2 Cecilia5.py
Maybe I will make a PKGBUILD for that in the next days,
if no one will do that before me ;)

You should report upstream that numpy 1.9 does work too. The README
claims "not 1.9".

There could be issues, perhaps downgrading doesn't work and you might
