Seems all that would be needed is to mark regions or ranges or? and to export a text list of those to give something like and edl. Then an edl capable audio player and there you go. I don't think he wants to alter the audio files or create new audio files. Just mark and catalogue the locations of interest in the original files and then be able to put together a playlist of those sections and then play the list. Did I get that about right?
