MPI has replaced PVM because PVM was cumbersome to use.
Considering that, could it be that OSC is as cumbersome to
use as PVM?
Anyone would like to post a short code which creates, sends
and receives OSC messages? I could then compare it to the
MPI and PVM examples and find out which one is closer to OSC.
That would depend on the API, not the protocol, but there are some liblo
examples here:
