anyone is using the waveidea midi controler Bitstream pro ?
here a new promising gear certainly more robust
than the evolution stuff, but a little bit less cheaper :)

You might just ask them about Linux support. According to

they seem to try to support Linux:
The configuration software is currently under active developpment,
and will soon be available for Mac, Window and Linux.
Sounds cool and definitely something to support.
