Hi, after upgrading qjackctl to 1.0.4 its system tray icon is no longer
displayed albeit the program starts. In 2023 this could be solved by
installing libqt6svg6 but not so today. qjackctl posts in the shell
QSystemTrayIcon::setVisible: No Icon set
(How) can I solve this problem?

Following up to myself here:
After installing a few more icon-related Debian packages trying to fix
the above error, the qjackctl GUI is no longer shown at all (no windows)
but jackd is started and is usable.

The problem persists, but I have located a second identical computer
with the same OS and package versions and on this second computer there
the qjackctl icon is displayed in fluxbox's system tray.
I checked an on both computers the icons are in
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/org.rncbc.qjackctl.svg
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/org.rncbc.qjackctl.png
I am a bit clueless at this point. Dear list, Rui, does anyone have
ideas what I could try next? I only found a sourceforge ticket from 2022
which may be related so far at

A data point, since I can - Qjackctl is fine on my system running Fluxbox.
GUI is there and it shows in the tray like any other running process.
Side note, nice to see another Fluxbox fan. I've been using it for
decades now and it still is everything I want in a desktop.
