Yes, you can do probably all of this in e.g. AMS.
Would be nice if they provided a 'desktop emulation'
of cutting and splicing tape, requiring the same
dexterity (e.g. two mouses, on of them covered in
glue or something), and without 'undo' of course.
Every now and then small pieces of tape would have
to lost as well.
