Hi
Today is the first day of advent, and I've just released a new version
of the Danish christmas carol "Julen har bragt" (B.S.Ingemann). Music
and melody are new, while the lyrics are taken from the original carol.

I like it, although I could do without the disco beat. I forwarded it to
a friend of mine, and he said, "He lost me when the disco beat started."

Well I'm not really that interested in genres, purists might say that my
music is a big mess, I think it's more fun to go for an idea, even if it
might "belong" to a different sub-genre.

piece. You write interesting music and your wife has a beautiful voice,
so I always enjoy your music!

What synths did u use?
Hmm. Everything is renoise, but you might have guessed that :-)
The bass was done in energyXT, which I worked with a bit a few years
back. The bell is AMS, at least one of the pads are done with the
renoise tool "PadSynth", which emulates zynadsubfx pad synth engine. I
also used various samples from my harddisk.
Liked the beat as well.
