Hello!
Is the site http://www.alsa-project.org really down for some days now?
Seems like it is, unless my Internet connection has a problem.
And in any caser, is there a mirror out somewhere? I want to set up alsa
but can't, because all the docs are on that site.

because ALSA server changed IP address, the access might be
temporary unavailable due to DNS caching. If you want to reach the server
in case of problems, please, use direct new IP address: 160.217.9.25
