Hallo people.
is there way to fix sampling rate from 48kHz to 32kHz.
prompt$ file clip.wav
clip.wav: RIFF (little-endian) data, WAVE audio, Microsoft PCM, 16
bit, stereo 48000 Hz
Bad information in header causes file is played very fast.

You can use sox :
$ sox -r 32000 clip.wav -r 32000 clip-32.wav
