Just wondering if any of you are using an Akai

I'd like to give it a go, but I'm wondering what synth would be best,
setup, etc. I've tried a synth on linux before (many years) with
limited success ... surely things have improved! I've tried running a
keyboard off the EWI but it's quite useless to do so ... I think the
breath controller messages get in the way?
I've got an Akai EWI and it worked out of the box with Linux as a USB
MIDI device. I haven't done that much with it, but had no trouble
recording MIDI using Rosegarden.
