uninstall flash, install mozplugger or mplayerplug-in, and use this greasemonkey script: http://replic.net/~ix/flashsucks/youtubewoflash.user.js then your flash will stil play in the browser, but it will be using mplayer. which can play through ALSA or JACK, among many others...
