Hello,
How does opening /dev/cpu_dma_latency and disabling CPU sleep states or
disabling CPU sleep states with kernel parameters relate to CPU
frequency scaling? Does disabling sleep states also disable frequency
scaling? Asking this because I'm attempting to rewrite the
system_configuration wiki page. Thanks in advance!

Or you could just fire up Ardour yourself with CPU sleep states
disabled. Doing so doesn't affect CPU frequency scaling when the scaling
governor has been set to ondemand. Still wondering how these two
mechanisms, power management and CPU sleep states, relate to each other.
