Some broken links have been fixed, others have been updated, some
abandoned apps have been removed and a few new ones have been added.

Many thanks Dave for doing this! Just out of curiosity I checked out
Musescore and was blown away by how quickly that package has evolved into a
very useful resource. The level of sophistication is simply amazing! Kudos
to Werner (if he is listening :-).

I think those should be labeled unmaintained and be in an extra section.
For a beginner it is most distracting to open up pages that contain
outdated software in the hope to find something usable.
