Hi!
Since others already covered the gentle production approach and even the
tasteful addition of drums, I had to do something else! ;)

Online player, choice of download formats, entire Ardour session and
single tracks ("stem" export):

Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported license, as specified by Dave
before.
No samples added, all new sounds achieved by maltreating the existing
material.
The session just needs to be unpacked, but likely requires an Ardour 3
build. The single track exports are wavpacked (http://www.wavpack.com/),
which turned 592.3 MB into 242.9 MB (237.5 MB as .tar.bz2.).

Hello Thorsten!
Certainly an interesting mix of the song. I sometimes almost got a raggae
feeling with that. Add some more delay in places on the vocals and perhaps and
organ and you're there. The wah/wabbling effect is nice, but unfortunately it
occasinally seems out of sync, which is difficult to listen to, but it's a
fantastic touch. Certainly, this mix has a very different feeling. by the
rhythmic changes you applied, it get a slightly slower feeling, although
having listened to the original again, it seems to be the exact same speed. So
where's the party four to the floor mix? I'd love to do it, just for the hell
of it, but my MIDI setup is still flakey. :-( Some other time then. :-)

OK, where's the exported tracks? I'll give it a try and see, where it ends
up. Do you have a tempo for that or is it free of a metronome? Remember, I
won't use an Ardour session but load the tracks into Nama.

All the original tracks are included in the tracks tar-ball, but there's
a bit of distortion on the bass and a compressor on the vocals.
