Are you perhaps looking for the pd-extended package? Anyway, the
official pure data site is at http://puredata.info.

Check puredata.info for info. There currently is no package with
prebuilt externals only, but the pd-extended distribution contains
most externals.

downloadable from http://www.maxobjects.com/

just to complete it: there are very old packages in the debian repo (sarge),
i use this, as i just need some objects provided within this package.

I forgot: pure:dyne may be worth a look. They have tons of Debian
packages for Pd externals: http://code.goto10.org/projects/puredyne/
