Be gone foul bugs!
* fixed control output ports segfault
* fixed desktop installation prefix stuff
* fixed bug dealing with duplicate plugin ids
* now quits when you close the window
* added a "New" option to clear the rack
* rack is now automatically cleared when you load a file

Just ran over there to try it out. I tried compiling it (and maybe this has
already been answered) with three compilers... gcc2.95, gcc3.0, and gcc3.2
and all three gave me this error:
cc1: unknown C standard `c99'
I'm using debian unstable if that helps field some questions.

I use gcc 3.2.1 with gentoo. The offending option is "-std=c99" but I
can't imagine why debian's gcc doesn't understand it. The best I can
suggest is removing the option from src/Makefile.am and running the
autogen.sh script. Or just remove it from the Makefile itself.
