Anyone know a very good tool to reroute Jack-MIDI streams, the way
Qmidiroute does it for ALSA-MIDI streams?

I need channel rerouting and splitting according to note -- in other words,
for instance, notes 1-30 on all channels input converted to MIDI channel 1,
notes 31-52 converted to MIDI channel 2, and so on.

Mididings on the CLI, if you prefer GUI's you could try Zonage:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/arpage/
Zonage is very basic though, but it does support JACK MIDI.
