This command will convert all flac files to ogg in the directory it is run, keeping the tags. q7 is about 220k/s (what I use), 4 or 5 is probably ok for most people, and q1 sounds close (subjective) to 128k/s mp3, but is smaller. find . -name "*flac" -exec oggenc -q 7 {} \; Easiest way I've found.
