I noticed Fedora 7 (no longer 'core') was released last week... has
anyone taken the plunge yet? :-)

Hi Brett,
Go grab a copy of the LiveCD. It's not too huge of a download (700MB)
and I was impressed after running it for a short time on my Lenovo T61
laptop. Mind you, I didn't try it for any audio stuff, nor have I
tried a proper HD based install yet.

I am moving my audio stuff over from my older machine onto a newer
Dell box, so may use my older box for playing and experimenting with
such things.
