Hi all,
as it is LAC time, it's also release time :) .
Simple Sysexxer is a GUI sysex tool comparable to Sysexxer, but it's
based on Qt4 (no KDE dependency) and ALSA only (no OSS dependency).
Theoretically it should also build and run on Mac OS X, but I didn't try
it yet.
Feedback and bugreports are always welcome.

This tool looks great Christoph. Sadly I don't appear to have qt4 installed,
so this will have to wait until after the weekend at least.

yes, I used it with reason :) . One important thing was better support
for multithreading.
Furthermore: I know at the moment most people have Qt3 installed. But
this will change *very* soon as KDE 4 gets released this summer. Then
many people would ask me to port to Qt4. And this would have been *lots*
of work due to heavy changes from Qt3 to Qt4.
So, is it a problem to install Qt4 besides Qt3? ON Gentoo, it works
perfectly.
