Hi all!
I'm trying to connect my e-drums Yamaha DTX multi 12 on Debian Stable
via USB (that transmits MIDI signal) but the system doesn't recognize it
(I think).
How I can check where the problem is or read a good documentation about
it? maybe debian stable doesn't have drivers for this device?

Pretty strange, it should be a common usb midi device.
Have you checked dmesg output?

Plug your device, open a terminal then type dmesg, and check if your system
sees it.

I've done some test but no results!
Ubuntu Studio 11.10 recognize my YAMAHA correctly, ubuntu 10.04 doesn't,
debian doesn't.
ubuntu studio 11 doesn't have a realtime kernel so I can't use my drums
with rosegarden.
neither dmesg nor lspci shows something about YAMAHA (on Lucid or debian).
but USB works because cat /var/log tells me something when I plug YAMAHA
my final goal is to get a realtime kernel for recording my multi-pad with
rosegarden.
can someone tell me what can I do?
(i 've also tried studio 64 but installation fails due to a video driver
error!!... I know, I'm not lucky...)

I've solved installing new newest Ubuntu (12.04) that has a lowlatency
kernel in it's repository! Now I'm able to use Rosegarden with my DTX.
