AUDIO DEVICE DRIVERS: alsa
as far as I know, alsa means it should be compatible with Jack?
No. Alsa and Jack are completely different, although they
can work together, under circumstances.
Also, don't forget to
- select the right sound-card, when starting jackd or qjackctl.
- un-mute the sound-card channels
Use "alsamixer" and press F6 to select the sound-card. Press
"M"
to mute or un-mute a channel.
good luck
