does anyone know, where i can find a rt / lowlatency patch for 3.2.0-23?

For "lowlatency", aka full preempt with threadirqs, no patch is needed,
you only have to configure the vanilla kernel that way.
There's no rt patch for 3.2.0-23, take a look at
https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/projects/rt/3.2/ , there's only
a patch for 3.2.40

lowlatency doesn't require a patch. linux-lowlatency on Ubuntu is
basically linux-generic with a couple of config changes, the most
important being turning on preempt.

The problem is though that -23 is an Ubuntu revison number which doesn't
correspond with a kernel version/rt version. Afaik Ubuntu uses 3.2.0
kernel packages and then adds incremental patches. But I'm no kernel
package guru so I could be off. You will have to figure out yourself
which version 3.2.0-23 actually refers to, probably one of the first
releases of the 3.2 RT patchset.

You'are running ubuntu right? If yes, you are looking for 3.2.0 rt patch
If not and 3.2.0-23 is a typo mistake, I guess you are looking for
3.2.23 that ou can find here
