Hey,
cannot use real-time scheduling (FIFO at priority 10)

-1210636624, from thread -1210636624] (1: Operation not permitted)
Looks like you don't have the rights to start jackd as user with
realtime priority. Check out /etc/security/limits.conf for an entry
like this:
@audio - rtprio 99
@audio - nice -10
@audio - memlock 4000000
and make sure, the certain user is a member of the audio-group.
