Yes, the version 5.x distribution archive contains LV2 and VST plugins
and standalone versions for i386 and amd64 architectures.
The LV2 version loads without problem in Carla, including GUI. With
jalv.{gtk,gtk3,qt} I only get a generic GUI.
The standalone version is a proper JACK client with JACK MIDI inputs
(you can also select an ALSA audio/MIDI driver).
