don't be fooled by the "C++ library" description. read on and look for
screenshots. CLAM does all this and more.
I think CLAM is more of a general-purpose audio processing toolkit. I'm
not sure it handles things like preset management, or easy MIDI
processing that you'd get from something like SynthEdit or Reaktor.
(Well, I haven't been able to find them.)
