Are you sure it's an lv2?? I bought PianoTeq play some years ago and
along with it came a linuxvst.
I set it up on a headless rig with an 88 graded hammer midi keyboard and
a pair of esi monitors. When I turn on the computer, the speakers go on
and pianoteq autostarts (with alsa).
I enjoy it everyday!!!
