Yes, it comes with the cpu cooler. I remember I read a
review of cooling past once, and I think the difference between the best
and the worst was only a couple of degrees.
Any recommendations and warnings for building the computer without
breaking components?
Avoid static electricity I guess could be a good advice. It's
hard to break anything though.
