I meant radio-broadcasting" or disco/festival-playback with "commercial".
I just don't want that people take my songs and sell them on their own CDs or in
Internet stores.

Your terms are confusing. I would think sharing something in a commercial
fashion is close enough to either renting or selling it that I can't figure
out exactly what you are getting at.
If you can satisfy yourself with cc BY-SA as a license, then the internet
archive will host for you.
