Hm... I didn't use Ardour until now, but I think it should read:

The ardour manual tells you how to do it the hardcaore way too, if you

you might also consider pulling your 16-bit wav file(s) into rezound. i
know you only said ONE song, but when you have more than one you can drop
track markers on the timeline and then burn directly, all within rezound.
