Don't know about that, but there's a bunch on eBay selling for cheap.
Chaz'll still need that adapter though. Probably costs more than the card.
For that matter, an M-Audio 2496 can be used (and has a decent MIDI
interface), in conjunction with Fluidsynth. The 2496 cards are only $99
these days.
