Quick follow up.
If you accidentally move someone else's icon, Google will immediately
ask if you meant to do that, and will offer you an UNDO. So please be
careful and take advantage of that immediate undo if anyone accidentally
moves someone else's location.
Also, the person who lives in Placerville CA near Sacramento, you
didn't put your IRC handle in there, just your street address. Not sure
if you wanted to do that.
