and indeed, why not move to a forum? are there
arguments against it?
yes. Imagine you are participant of more than one mailing lists, e.g.
30. How will you handle them if they are all web based? Further I
dislike clicking through the slow PHPBB forums.
What I can imagine is a gateway between the mailing list and a web based
interface for it. Dunno if there already are solutions for such an
interface.
