I have been using the saffire pro40 and it's awsome. I do have stressed and
it rocks!!! Still having issues with 96khz playback with the ffado driver.
Be aware with the firewire chipset (choose Texas instrument for better
performances )

Fireware based solutions runs stable for several
hours here :-)
Do you have something particular in mind? Something that would fit my
needs and is known to work well?
