I just bought one. It works really well. It's kinda spooky to see the
sliders moving by themselves.
There's a bug in the 2.6.11 kernel that causes a USB keyboard to stop
responding if the BCF changes its USB address, but that's been fixed in
2.6.14.
The Behringer webpage says that it has "Generic
USB MIDI support with
Windows XP® and MAC OS X®", which I assume means class compliant USB
MIDI. In that case it should work fine with the snd-usb-audio module (or
at least partially, since the webpage also mentions "Additional drivers
and editor/librarian software available for free download on our
website"). I hope it works, I've been thinking of getting that or the
BCR2000 when I have some money to spare.
From what I've read, the BCR works pretty much the
same as the BCF.
