That was in reference to 2.6.13 + the -rt patches, which are highly
experimental, not 2.6.13 vanilla.

Same way you installed 2.6.11 just use the 2.6.13 package. If there's
no debian kernel source package for 2.6.13 yet then just install it the
old fashioned way - build it then and make install.
