I'm pretty sure some people have provided direct download links to their
material on soundcloud in the past, but I don't know how it is done or
how to extrapolate what the link might be.
archive.org is always accessible and easy to use, but I don't know
whether you have to meet certain licensing requirements to upload your
material there.
